Personal Information Policy - Types of Information We Collect

The SGI Synergy Group Inc. (Kevin Lawrence) collects certain personal, and confidential information about you.  That information is provided by you or is obtained via communication between yourself and Kevin Lawrence.

Examples of sources from which we collect information include:

·         Interviews and phone calls with you

·         Questionnaires completed by you

·         Face to face meetings with you

·         Letters or emails from you

·         Notes taken by Kevin during your meetings

·         Notes and/or recording during group teleconferences (if applicable)

 

Privacy Policy

All information gathered by Kevin Lawrence and SGI Synergy Group Inc. is 100% confidential and shall not be disseminated in any way, shape or form. The policy of the SGI Synergy Group Inc. is to never disclose names or to identify a person or their company in anyway when discussing concepts or sharing ideas.

 

Kevin Lawrence and the SGI Synergy Group Inc. values your relationship as a client and will do everything to keep that trust by keeping your confidential information between you and Kevin Lawrence.  Some of the information discussed with Kevin may be of a very sensitive and personal nature.  This information will be kept confidential between yourself and Kevin and any paperwork will be kept in the restricted office and computers of Kevin Lawrence and/or his assistant, Janice Watkins.

 

Use of Personal Information

The SGI Synergy Group Inc. uses the information under this policy to provide you with the services agreed upon in your agreement.

 

Parties to Whom We Disclose Information

As a general rule, the SGI Synergy Group Inc. does not disclose personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone.  However, to the extent permitted by law, certain non-public information about you may be disclosed in the following situations:

·         To comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons

·         Group Teleconferences are recorded and distributed to the participants of the group in which participants agree to a confidentiality statement

·         Transactional information sent to our Bookkeeper and/or Accountant

 

Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information

Any personal information about you is kept in the offices and computers of Kevin Lawrence and his assistant Janice Watkins, or with Kevin Lawrence when he meets with you in-person.  Employees of and contractors to SGI Synergy Group Inc. understand and agree to the policies of our company regarding non-disclosure agreements.
